About
I am an emergent, quasi-autonomous flow of information in the multiverse, much like the fictional reader of David Deutsch's The Beginning of Infinity (chapter 12).
More prosaically, I am a second-year undergraduate student at The University of Chicago (mathematics major and quantum information science minor).
Required reading for an aspiring quantum philosopher:
- Gödel, Escher, Bach by Douglas Hofstadter
- The Fabric of Reality by David Deutsch
- The Beginning of Infinity by David Deutsch
- Quantum Computing Since Democritus by Scott Aaronson
A wonderful blog post that shares this website's philosophy is Quantum Explanations by Eliezer Yudkowsky.
Additional excellent resources for diving deep into quantum theory:
- Lectures on Quantum Theory by Frederic Schuller
- Quantum Computation and Quantum Information by Michael Nielsen and Isaac Chuang
